Visited the Ruskin Park growing space today-what a beautiful site and it’s going to be such a great place to grow fruit and veg! It’s just been set up by the wonderful Friends of RP and Herne Hill CAN-so please support them http://www.ruskinparkcommunitygarden.org/ -dig in’s are every Sunday- 1-4pm.

Also I wanted to tell you all about a non-peat, organic, recyled alternative to John Innes no. 1, 2 and 3 see VitalEarth-http://www.thegreenergardener.com/

and is stocked at http://www.thegreenergardener.com/stockists/se.html

some also available at Knollys Road garden centre…shame it is not stocked at more locations in SE London…
